“The object of this non-profit organization shall be to promote the common good of the residents and/or property owners of interested citizens of the New Hope Creek area by providing a means of voicing the vote of the majority of the area and to further provide the necessary facility or organizations to protect the life, property and interest of the members of the community within the New Hope Creek area.”
